The The Hague Beekeepers’ Association has its apiary on the old Reigersbergen estate. It’s located just ahead of the Louwman Museum gates, at address: Leidsestraatweg 51, 2594BB The Hague.
Open Days
First Sunday of the month, April-October, 12:00-16:00.

- Chat with a beekeeper
- Observe the nurse bees at work
- Buy beeswax candles and other bee related products in our shop
Honey Sales
Our 2025 honey is sold out. The first 2026 harvest will be available in July. Our supply usually sells out in October.
Join Us
There are two separate ways to join the The Hague Beekeepers’ Association:
- Full membership: This requires membership of the national association NBV. Go to https://lidmaatschap.bijenhouders.nl/ and make sure to select Den Haag as your local branch.
- Donorship: Limited to our local association. Contact secretaris@imkersdenhaag.nl for details.
Beekeeping Course
Our beekeeping course is available in Dutch only. We are overbooked, and have a waiting list of at least three years.
